The Bear Mountain Ski Hill can only exist with the strong support of VOLUNTEERS.

Volunteers are the key to the sustainability of this valuable facility.

We are always looking for people to help with a variety of functions both winter and summer:

• Chalet maintenance
• Equipment maintenance
• Snow making
• Hill maintenance
• Lift maintenance
• Lessons
• Renovations
• Ski Patrol
• Behavior monitoring
